Family house in Mysločovice

This modern family home was built in a location with strict zoning requirements that significantly influenced its final architectural form. Yet the design was elegant, clean and timeless. The roofed terrace seamlessly connects to the open garden, providing the owners with ample privacy and comfortable outdoor space.

The new building replaced the original old house, which had to be removed first. This brought complications in the foundation in place of the former basement, so the building was founded on a new reinforced concrete foundation slab. However, the owners used this opportunity wisely and, thanks to the Granny's House Repair grant programme, were able to carry out a modern new build with financial support.
