Development project

The family home development project in the Vsetín region is a newly emerging street featuring four modern family homes designed to meet the real needs of today's families. Each house is designed to be functional, economical, and comfortable in the long term. Architecturally, it is a modest and contemporary development that naturally blends in with the surrounding environment while offering low-cost living. The entire project was created with an emphasis on high-quality project documentation and a well-thought-out urban setting on a newly emerging street.

However, there is more to the creation of this new location than just the design of the houses themselves. In order to connect the family houses to the sewer system, it was necessary to design an extension of the water mains and harmonize the entire solution with the existing infrastructure. The project required coordination with network administrators and municipalities to minimize interference with the existing road and to respect all property rights on the affected land.
